Instead of making a completely bombastic mess of a chair (which is absolutely in my nature to want to do), I put that energy into braiding a very long rope and binding the arms and back legs of this chair. The fur is fake, the felt is fake, and the flowers are fake.
Take a Seat!
40 local artists and designers creatively paint, decorate, cut, drill, and embellish 40 chairs. The exhibition culminates in a fundraising party and silent auction of the chairs on February 28, 2016. Exhibition runs January 27 – February 28, 2016Previous
