Box Office Hours

COVID NOTICE:
Based on current state and University Covid-19 restrictions, Fine Arts Center venues including Bowker Auditorium, the Concert Hall, Augusta Savage Gallery, Hampden Gallery, and the University Museum of Contemporary Art, remain closed this fall. The Box Office located at the Fine Arts Center Concert Hall is available by phone Monday through Thursday from 9am-3pm, hours subject to change. The Box Office is closed for state and national holidays and follows the University's snow closings.

The Box Office is closed to in person visits and transactions, but can be reached by phone (413-545-2511) or email (facbox@umass.edu) during Business Hours.

Seating is assigned on a "best seat available" basis. Patrons wishing to be seated together must submit their order together.

For Mobility-Impaired Patrons

The Fine Arts Center Concert Hall and Bowker Auditorium are equipped with ramps, elevators, and an area that can accommodate wheelchairs. When ordering your tickets, be sure to tell the Box Office of any special requirements. Fully accessible restrooms are available at both locations.

For Hearing-Impaired Patrons

The Fine Arts Center Concert Hall is equipped with Infrared Listening System to assist with sound amplification and clarity. Headphones are available in the lobby free of charge. A credit card, driver's license, or valid student ID will be held as security while headphones are in use.
