Join us for this special gathering of UMass students, faculty, staff, alumni, patrons and donors, where we'll connect, catch-up, dance and enjoy an uplifting set by ?uestlove, a four-time Grammy Award winning drummer, DJ, producer, culinary entrepreneur, and New York Times best-selling author.
?uestlove is the unmistakable heartbeat of Philadelphia’s most influential hip-hop group, The Roots. Since 2014, he has been the Musical Director for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon , where his beloved Roots crew serves as house band. Beyond that, his indisputable reputation has landed him musical directing positions with everyone from D'Angelo to Eminem to Jay-Z.
