The Villa overlooks several medieval hill towns near and far, Treia being one of them. On clear days several patches of the Adriatic Sea beckon from the East. The Villa consists of two residencies surveying twenty acres of farmed fields surrounding the buildings and complemented by an olive grove across the road. The larger of the two houses, Casa Grande, is available for rental May through September. Casa Grande features an entryway foyer with 1/2 bath, a large kitchen, dining room, study, living room with fireplace, bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath, all on the ground floor.
