Subscribers save 15% off eligible Adult ticket prices during your subscription order and through the remainder of the season.

TICKET EXCHANGES
Subscribers can exchange tickets during the Box Office's business hours toward another eligible Fine Arts Center performance. Please note - exchanges cannot be processed at the door or once a performance has passed.

You can subscribe in person, over the phone, or online.

If purchasing online, please note that you will be using a new, streamlined bundle system. This is the fastest, but least flexible, way to subscribe. To use the bundle system:

  1. Select the number of ticket(s) you want to purchase - the system will give you exactly that number for each performance selected. For example, if you need two tickets per performance, choose two from the dropdown.
  2. Select the performances you want to attend by checking the box next to each listing
  3. Click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of the webpage
  4. The system will allow you to preview your seating assignment. If acceptable, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the webpage.
  5. Your subscription bundle(s) will be added to your shopping cart.

Some Frequently Asked Bundle Questions:

Can I get different quantities of tickets per performance?
Yes, but only through the Box Office. Please call or visit us to place your order.

Can I still add Youth or Student tickets to my subscription?
Yes, but only through the Box Office. Please call or visit us to place your order.

The system says I have multiple bundles, is that right?
Yes, if you've purchased more than one ticket, you'll have multiple bundles in your shopping cart. Your cart will show one bundle per attendee.

Has my 15% discount been applied?
Yes, the 15% discount is automatically applied to eligible performances. As always, there are performances within the season that are not eligible for further discount. These performances will be clearly marked.

Please call the Box Office at 413-545-2511 if you have any questions about subscribing.

Non-Subscription Tickets

A non-subscription order consists of fewer than three performances chosen from the Fine Arts Center or purchases for the Department of Music & Dance, the Department of Theater, or other miscellaneous performances on sale through the Fine Arts Center Box Office.

Discounts are available for many non-subscription tickets. For example, discounts are often available to seniors over 65 and youths 17 and under. Discounts cannot be combined, some discounts are only available in-person or over-the-phone, and the discounts offered vary by performance.

Please call the Box Office if you would like to know if you or someone in your party is eligible for a discount.

Five College Discounts
Discounts for many Fine Arts Center performances are available to full-time and currently enrolled students at UMass Amherst, Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, and Smith College. This discount is only available to the Five College Student(s) attending the performance and not for any other tickets they may purchase.

Discounts are also available for full-time and currently employed UMass Amherst Staff and Faculty to use toward their own ticket and one ticket for a guest.

The Box Office must confirm the name(s) and statuses of all Five College students and UMass Amherst Staff and Faculty purchasing discounted tickets. The Five College student discount is not necessarily available to UMass Continuing Education students, UWW students, and employee-waiver students.

Group Discounts
Groups of twenty (20) or more are eligible for a 15% discount on eligible, full-priced tickets. Other tickets, such as youth or Five College student tickets, can count toward the minimum twenty (20) but will not receive a further discount.
