The Box Office is located within the Randolph W. Bromery Center for the Arts Frederick C. Tillis Performance Hall

Phone Transactions: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
In-Person Transactions: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 5:00pm & By Appointment
Door Sales: Starting One Hour Prior to Performance Time

The Box Office will be closed when the University is closed and for state and federal holidays. Check the Box Office voicemail for up to date hours at 413-545-2511.

Short term parking is available in metered spots on President's Drive.  Long term parking is available in lot 34 (Pink) across Massachusetts Avenue.

Sorry, series orders, donations, and series exchanges cannot be filled immediately prior to a performance.
