5pm: Hors d"oeurvres and cash bar
featuring pesto tortellini on a skewer, bruschetta, fried meatballs rolled in parmesan cheese, fresh fruit, vegetable and cheese platter.
Meal Choices:
Beef tenderloin Marsala - cooked in Marsala wine and mushrooms.
Sole Francaise - sautéed in light egg batter with lemon sauce, capers and Prosciutto.
Eggplant Rolatini - eggplant stuffed with ricotta cheese covered in marinara sauce.
Dessert: Tray of Italian cookies and pastries for each table
Coffee and Tea
After dinner, proceed on your own to the Fine Arts Center for the Opera Verdi Europa's production of Cavalleria Rusticana and I Pagliacci. Parking will be reserved for you in Lot 62.
Early reservation required. Please make your menu selection when ordering your tickets.
