GuGu Drum Group’s US tour, including our show scheduled for Tuesday, February 11th at the UMass Fine Arts Center Concert Hall, was cancelled. 

For patrons who have already purchased tickets, there are several options afforded you:

  1. You may exchange your tickets for another performance within the Fine Arts Center’s current 19-20 season. The eligible performances are listed here: https://fac.umass.edu/Online/article/PerformingArts
  2. You may donate the cost of your tickets back to the Fine Arts Center. Your donation will provide valuable arts access to children, students and those unable to afford the cost of attending a performance.
  3. You may receive a full refund for your GuGu Drum Group ticket(s).
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method starting at 12:00pm on Friday, 1/31/20. Customers interested in exchanging their tickets to another Fine Arts Center performance or donating their tickets should contact the Box Office at 413-545-2511, 800-999-UMAS, or email facbox@umass.edu before that time.
