Box Office Hours

The Box Office located at the Bromery Center's Frederick C. Tillis Performance Hall is open Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm while the University is in session. During Winter, Spring, and Summer break the Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm. The Box Office is closed for state and national holidays and follows the University's snow closings.

The Box Office will open one hour prior to performance time at the venue where the performance is taking place.
We are sorry, but subscription ticket exchanges must be processed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am to 6pm). The Box Office can only process subscription ticket donations during the one hour prior to performance time.

Short term meter parking is available on the Haigis Mall parking loop. Long term parking is available in the Visitors Center parking lot on Massachusetts Avenue. The Visitors Center lot is pay-to-park from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Seating is assigned on a "best seat available" basis. Patrons wishing to be seated together must submit their order together.

For Mobility-Impaired Patrons

Bromery Center's Tillis Hall and Bowker Auditorium are equipped with ramps, elevators, and an area that can accommodate wheelchairs. When ordering your tickets, be sure to tell the Box Office of any special requirements. Fully accessible restrooms are available at both locations.

For Hearing-Impaired Patrons

Bromery Center's Tillis Hall is equipped with Infrared Listening System to assist with sound amplification and clarity. Headphones are available in the lobby free of charge. A credit card, driver's license, or valid student ID will be held as security while headphones are in use.
