It’s the Fine Arts Center’s 40th Anniversary Season and we’re planning to boogie the night away—can you dig it ?
We’ve got New England’s hippest band, Fever ;  electric Live and silent auctions, photos by dani.fine photography, food by UMass Catering that’s BAM!! And all your friends gathered to help raise money for the FAC’s Arts/Access programs.

Date: Saturday, February 6, 2016
Time: 6-11:30 p.m.
Place: Campus Center Auditorium UMass Amherst
Parking: Self-park in Campus Center Garage
Dress:  Festive Best OR Get Disco Glam & dress to impress in your hottest 1970s garb for contest prizes
Tickets:  $125/person includes a $75 tax-deductible gift to FAC

Timeline
6 p.m. Strut on down for stellar cocktails and delicious appetizers.
Whether you’re a stone fox or disco queen, strike your most psychedelic pose for dani.fine photography,
thanks to The Davis Financial Group.

8 p.m. Three-course dinner is served carefully crafted by the award-winning chefs at UMass Catering

9 p.m. FAC’s Preview of spring events and a sneak peek of next season, followed by an electric live auction.

9:30 p.m. Fever, New England’s hippest band, will be layin’ down the funk to get you out on the dance floor.
 
Menu
Appetizers:
Raw Bar, Sushi Action Station, as well as assorted passed hors d’oeuvres
 
Dinner:
Winter green salad with pomegranate, caramelized figs, spiced pistachio, maple vinaigrette, Manchego cheese
 
Main course options:
Cumin Crusted Beef Tenderloin with herb polenta, braised kale, slow roasted tomatoes and golden beets, French green beans with pine nuts
 
Thyme Seared Chilean Sea Bass with French lentils, citrus glazed carrots, walnut roasted Brussels sprouts, tarragon buerre blanc
 
Potato Gnocchi with roasted garlic, caramelized butternut squash, cream braised spinach, tomato preserves, sage butter
 
Dessert: We’ll surprise with this one!
